First-Time User Instructions: Read this fully before beginning!

 

When you click a button on kerrYMCA.org that says "Pay my Bill" or "Program Registration", the link will take you to our online registration portal. We call it Daxko. Before you access Daxko for the first time, there are 4 things you need to know.

1. Daxko is set up to remember immediate families ONLY. All families (parents or guardians and

children) should search for or set up their own account.

Daxko remembers all registration information back to 2002, so if anyone in your immediate family (parents or guardians or siblings) has registered for sports, afterschool care, or preschool in the last 10 years, Daxko wants to match your information to what it already has.

2. Use your own (adult) information when logging into Daxko for the first time.

Daxko will ask for information to verify your identity, in attempt to match it to any existing account. It is recommended you use your own (adult) information when trying to set up your account, rather than your child’s information, as it is very unlikely we have all the required information for your child to complete the registration themselves.

3. You must have an email address on file in order to complete the setup of your online account.

The adult who wishes to register must have an active email address on file in our database. If you do not have one currently, the staff at KCYMCA will be happy to assist. Please call us at (830) 896 – 8000, or email the Webmaster at StephanieC@KerrYMCA.org.

4. You must complete the registration AND pay in full for Daxko to complete the registration

process.

If you stop in the middle of the registration process, or don’t pay, the registration information will not complete and the system will not save your information for a future session. Daxko is unable to take pledges for registration fees at this time. If you need to set up alternate payment arrangements, please visit us at the office at 1609 Sidney Baker.
